Laurel County Sheriff John Root reports that Laurel Sheriff’s Deputy William Bo Harris received a complaint that subjects in a red Dodge Pickup were at a residence on Farris Jones Road on Saturday morning(at approx 10:49 A.M.), 8 miles north of London and were stealing items from the residence . Deputy Harris and Sgt Josh Gaylor arrived at the residence to find one male subject there(and one had fled one foot when he saw deputies arriving at the scene.) An investigation was conducted and deputies discovered (in the bed of the pickup)the lock that had been cut off the door of the residence, a set of bolt cutters, and items stolen from inside the residence including: a refrigerator,2 kerosene heaters, and two water heaters. The victim (owner) of the residence witnessed the two male subjects stealing the items from her home.
