The London Police Department has named Ofc. Travis Couch and Ofc. Justin Roby as the Department’s newest Sergeants. Sgt. Couch began his career at the Clay County Sheriff’s Office as a Deputy Sheriff in 2001, attended the Department of Criminal Justice Training’s Police Academy in 2004, and has been at London PD for 10 years. Sgt. Roby began his career in law enforcement at London PD and attended the Police Academy in 2011. He is the Alcoholic Beverage Control Administrator, a D.A.R.E. Officer, FATS firearms training simulator instructor, and Stop Stick instructor. Chief Derek House says both have proven to be exceptional Officers and will make exceptional supervisors.
